Coronavirus delivery impact
Delivery services everywhere including international are still experiencing delays and disruption as a result of the pandemic, and in some countries, deliveries have been suspended. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times or send replacement parcels for lost or stolen packages. Be sure to check the USPS.com site for the most up to date delivery impacts.
Natural Hydration Skincare orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking #. After placing your order please take a moment to double-check that your shipping address has been entered correctly. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to re-route or ship replacements.
If you package gets "returned to sender" we will be in touch to arrange re-shipping. You will need to confirm your address and pay again for shipping (note that this may be more expensive than your original payment).
If you package is marked as delivered but you do not have it (ie: lost package), we are not able to honor a refund, please contact your local mail carrier.
For product safety reasons all sales are final. We do not accept refund or exchanges, for items damaged in transit or items that are defective. Our products does not qualify for exchange or refund.
